Both bars are sugar, dairy and gluten free and are suitable for vegans, coeliacs and those following no sugar diets, so are a perfect choice for those making healthy food choices. Absolute Black with Almonds is studded with blanched almonds providing an intense cocoa hit with a creamy, nutty texture.

If you are a Dark Chocolate lover, this is the best! Rated highly by Consumer Lab. Unfortunately, my last shipment was damaged in transit and the replacement was delayed to the point i had to cancel as the weather is becoming to warm (don't want chocolate sitting around in the heat). Will order more in the Fall!!

I usually love Montezumas 100% dark but This order of chocolate(12 bars unfortunately ) tastes like its past its prime in a big way. Expiration date isnt until june 25 but the bar i opened today tastes like its sat in a hot warehouse for a while. It does not taste fresh. It does not melt in your mouth. Taste isnt terrible but its certainly not delicious either. Will not buy this bar again. Buyer beware. No refunds. What happened Montezuma?
