The internal diameter of the adaptors is 6mm so you need posts that are that size or smaller. Had to return mine as I wasn't prepared to modify mine to fit. Can't comment on effectiveness of magnets but they seam strong. Not sure if they'd hold up to high speed tumbles though and I'd have concerns about losing the magnets too, especially in sand. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Really strong magnets *by R***B on 2 April 2023* Magnets are very strong.
