And It comes with an extra tape that can be used to measure other things. **Q: Does this have a tenaion feature for consistency in measurements?** A: Yes it does but in order for it to work right the end of the tape should fit more securely in opposite hole that was made for it. **Q: Where is it made** A: I looked all over the tape measure and could not find where it was made. I even pulled the tape all the way out and still does not say. I can tell you I love mine. It is so much easier to measure anything on your body! **Q: How come the tape doesn't have 16/16 in?
