The crisp of it it’s soft but crunchy. The chocolate tastes of good quality. I found these originally in Paris and when I got back to the states I had to get my hands on it. The only thing I didn’t like was that it melted some while in the mail box. It was only there for about 1-2 hours and the chocolate melted and had to refrigerate and some of the wrap melted into the chocolate.
