However, my issue was with the grass material and should not reflect the company service and workmanship in anyway. There was some allergic reaction to the grass in this product which I did not realize until many months later, where my skin on my face and eyes started acting up. Then two dermatologists told me to stop using it. I had this mat covered with several bed sheets and towels as well. That may have slowed down the reaction time, but three months later it has really affected me. I had to get rid of the mat. It was good for my back when I first got it, but it wasn't for my skin and body unfortunately.
