**Q: Is this the new formula?**
A: hi...I don't really know if it's a new formula.....it seems to feel, look, and do the same job as it always has. Just one difference, my hair isn't as smooth as it used to be afterwards. It's better if I don't use as much. So maybe I'm just using too much?

Thank you for The Roux Fanci-Full Rinse package of 3.  I am very happy with the product and very happy with the supplier.  I asked for the lids to be taped as the preview shipment from another supplier with the old style lids, leaked.  This shipment was the new style lids and they taped them down and I had no leakage problems.  Thank you again for that.  I love the product and I will order again from this supplier.  They are great.  The product arrived in a timely manner, packed very well. It was all good.  Thank you again.  Lynne Fulton
