Works like a charm and has been trouble free. Review: I had a Plantronics wireless headset which lasted for quite some time, but had its issues. I purchased this unit as a refurbished headset with new batteries and it works great! I use this headset every day for work and am typically on the phone for long periods of time for the duration of the day and the battery lasts the entire length of my workday (Usually 8 to 9 hours). The clarity is very good and can be adjusted to match your phone type. I use this on a VOIP Mitel phone and have had no issue at all. The noise suppression works well as they stated. The only negative that I can find about this headset is that it is a little bulky and heavy on the headset itself, but that is mainly because I use the ear hook for this instead of the over the head set. I tried it with the over the head set and the size becomes less of an issue. They can remain "off-hook" with no sound in your ear, until you answer an incoming call/line on the handset or in the Interact App. It's a great headset for receptionist and heavy call use. (We've used many of these in my office since 2015. I'm replacing one at 5 years old, due to reduced 4-5 hour battery life and the headset falling off of the ear-hook adapter.
