A-1 costumer service with a parts issue I had… No notes, would recommend… ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Solid Humidor *by J***- on November 2, 2023* So far this has been a great humidor, I keep it at 70/70 in my office but I do have a few nit picky things to mention about it after 3 months of use First the good: -lots of room, -well sealed, -nice lock, -great door and handle, -nice lights, keeps temps and humidity quite well, -Smells great! For the not so good: -I need to add or fill the water about once every two weeks, I like to keep the tray at least 1/4 to completely full, I do not let it dry up. -It is a bit noisy as it runs thru its cycles, its not loud by any means it just that you hear it clicking and vibrating, kind of like an aquarium pump sound/vibration at times... it seems like every 15 to 30 minutes it does something, the sounds are not always the same as its doing different to regulate the atmosphere inside the unit it seems.. -The trays are not smooth to open, they get stuck at times, its not bad but my cigars slide back when I get the tray to move, you don't need to force anything its just that their kind of sticky at times. -I would like the unit to come with at least three dividers to use - Would be nice if the trays had a slight down angle to them but its not a deal breaker All in all I am quite happy with it.
