A bit snug but that's how water shoes should fit. When removing the shoe, the inside footbed slipped out but it's supposed to be removeable and can easily be slid back in so not a big deal. I'm a fan of Speedo gear generally (I have swim trunks in a matching blue) and these shoes look great. There's a lot of cheaper options available on desertcart but the negative reviews regarding the quality of those cheaper pairs is what would be expected so I stayed away from them and chose this instead. I don't use them in the water; rather, I use them as normal shoes. A size 12 fits great, even with socks on as well (which I usually do). The shoes are durable and will not fall apart from daily use. I know other people talk about how these shoes fall apart after minimal use, but that is not the case. Their problem is simply manufacturing errors with their specific pair of these shoes. My pair have stayed together despite my nearly daily wear and regular walking over rough terrain, including dirt, grass, rocks, sticks, and leaves. I also drive while wearing these shoes, which also works well. Being that the shoes are lightweight, they provide good pedal feel. The shoes are also relatively comfortable.
