This pillow is a life saver. I have the middle adjusted to the smallest length as I'm still small and, wow, it's so comfy to use. I never want to get up again. I even keep it on my lap while sitting to take the weight off my belly. But I tried this pillow and I can turn without having to change directions of the pillow, which would have been annoying. Its small enough that I can sleep on my own pillow and get the much needed support without hurting my neck or back. And unlike with the other bigger ones, I can get out of bed easily and not try to figure out how to get out of bed to go to the bathroom. That was annoying.
