But, I can still take the drain out entirely which is helpful when I need to clean the thing. My only complaint at all is that I wish it were larger. I thought it looked kinda small when I bought it & it is. I can't fit most of my pots/pans in it very well. Granted, this is small & easily portable & will fit in even the smallest sink. But I would buy a second in a larger size without stopping to think about it. Taller, wider all around, I'd take either or both. It’s made well. I wasn’t sure I needed a drain on it but I like having that feature. It opens easily to drain the water out and locks closed with a click to keep the water in. The handles are helpful and it cleans up easily after use. It’s lightweight and stores easily in the cabinet under my sink.
