I agree with other comments about the harness strap, it does not match the quality of the rest of the seat. I was able to still use the seatbelt harness with the seat, which was good. The only thing is, the smaller seat was too small for my dog! I had to return it because my 14lb Pom did not have enough room lay down in the seat. A couple more inches on the sides and it would have been great. This is a great booster for toy dogs, or dogs that are not too long, my dog was not comfortable in it because she didn’t have room to curl up. I ended up returning the seat, the next size up is too big.
