I have tried both kegelmaster and aquaflex and didn't like either for different reasons.This one has a good look and feel to it but I was skeptical and thought it would just be another waste of money. Basically you fully insert it in your vagina but make sure you don't push it up high and then try to grip it while you do their online exercise routines. It took a bit of getting used to and to hold it in place but it actually is quite effective when used with the exercises. What I didn't realize for a few weeks (because I didn't read the instruction booklet fully) is that they only want you to use the device in one of the 2 daily sessions. So one 5 minute session you use the device and the other you just do the exercises without it. It is a pretty simple and basic product but I think overall it is pretty good if you use it correctly. The instruction booklet is small but good to read it and to watch the introduction videos before you start the program (I didn't and went straight to the exercise videos which confused me at first).
