When I found one for 25 bucks I just couldn't say no.I'll admit when it first came in I was quite disappointed. This isn't really a "first aid rucksack". This is just a backpack. There is no nylon webbing for securing equipment, there are not even really any internal pockets. On the front compartment theres a mesh pocket, in which I'm keeping 2 Emergency Bandages and 3 isreali bandages, and in the main there is a larger but quite tight mesh pocket, in which im keeping a 36in extra wide SAM, a 9in wrist SAM, and a wrap for splinting. The main compartment in the back opens to be flat, however it's fairly barren. After some fairly heavy modification (velcro tape) I've got 2 small compartments (bp cuff bags) and a small drug box (planko "utility box").I have actually turned it into, in my opinion, quite a nice set up.In the larger front external pocket, I keep a "boo boo box" with various sized band aids prep pads and some neosporin, about 15 4x4s, 10 pairs of nitrile gloves, and very small white box that has some tincture of benzoin about 8 packages of steri-strips and just butterfly closures. On the outside of that pocket on the MOLLE webbing I keep 2 Recon Medical tourniquets (which I trust every bit as the NAR CATs). The longer but smaller pocket on top is currently empty.The smaller front pocket covers your ABCs. It has 10 pairs of nitrile gloves, a 28fr NPA, a hyfin chest seal twin pack, 6 ABD pads, 2 eye pads, 1 OLAES modular bandage 4", recon medical compressed gauze, NAR S-rolled gauze, flat folded elastic wrap, 6" elastic wrap (flail segments), and a good old ACE bandage, I also keep an extra isreali silicone tourniquet, and 2 space blankets in there, along with the aforementioned ETDs and Israelis.In the large flat compartment I keep the splinting supplies mentioned before in said pocket, and 2 BP cuff bags that are velcroed to the bag and the drug box. Velcroed to the side of the bag on the inside is hand sanitizer. The bottom bag includes diagnostic tools (steth, bp cuff, ect), with the top bag being empty. The drug box has doesnt have anything too crazy in it, just some OTC meds and some glutose. On the very back of the bag is a pocket that goes against your back, and I have a 10x30 trauma pad in it. I also have various things hanging from the sides of the bag. I have removed the shoulder straps, which is easy to do and they can be put back on at will.Overall, I'm not going to lie I would rather have the $100 voodoo bag but for $25 bucks you cant beat it. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Nice little pack *by J***E on Reviewed in the United States 🇺🇸 on 13 February 2021* I work for DHS / FEMA and wanted this to tidy up the trunk of my car. I had a bunch of emergency stuff sliding around and thought it would make sense to be able to quickly kit up and roll with everything in one place.Someone left a review and said it’s “made in China cheap.” I disagree on the “cheap” part. It’s a very well constructed pack with nice heavy duty & over-sized zippers. Although it is made in China. But the stitching and all the components seem heavy duty compared to say a kid’s Jansport school backpack.One thing, and this may be because it’s a “tactical” it’s pretty narrow side to side. But, it expands front to back nicely. So when you look at it initially it looks small, and it is on the smaller side. But it expands like an accordion and as you can hopefully see from my photos, I put a ton of stuff in it. It’s possible the narrower width is to allow better ingress and egress for the wearer if you were using it in a hardcore field environment? But that isn’t really what I bought it for.Other than than that it has every bell and whistle imaginable, straps, pockets, waist belt, etc. etc.For the money I think it is an excellent value and I have zero quality concerns as it seems very sturdy. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Very tough, fits loads of items. *by N***A on Reviewed in the United States 🇺🇸 on 3 October 2021* Its not a silent back pack, the zippers are sturdy and so are the clips but you need to make sure everything is clipped in or you will hear it all clicking around. I stuffed it with 3 days of clothing, medical gear, including my BP cuff, sphygmo, toileteries, my electronic tablet, battery packs, and accessories cables. Perfect organization. A great bag for 3 days of minimal deployment. Also good for a home health nurse.I emptied it, and upsized for a week deployment. But you can have it as an adjunct if your in a medical disaster team and want to keep medical apart from your day to day gear. This pack is deceptive, its not a full size but it fits a LOAD of stuff, and you can have a separate quick life saving area that flips completely open for fast, no dig area.
