Review: L.A. Colors Go To - Excellent mineral powder. This is my go to everyday makeup. I have this in several shades so I can mix to match my skin tone at different times of the year. This works wonderfully as a finishing powder, but it has enough coverage to be used as a light mineral foundation, which is how I usually use it. I don’t normally use the included sponge applicator. I apply with a fluffy brush and use a tapping/buffing technique. Using this method, it lays very well on my skin. Great product at a great price.

A: The powder leaves a full coverage finish that at first appears matte but when in light has a subtle “highlighter” effect on skin. It’s a mineral powder so there is always going to be a sheen.

One would think at this price point there would be quality and performance issues with this powder, but there is absolutely none! This powder works great as a setting powder or finishing powder. Is smooth and can even be built up for more coverage. It lasts all day and blends easily with other products both before and after. The shade match was good too. Does not oxidize. Very happy with this. Who says these things have to be expensive? I save my high end powders for special occasions and use this for everyday. Save money, girls!
