I don't think the paper is technically cotton, but it definitely is soft to the touch. **Q: How can you reprint it? How can you add words in to it?** A: These certificates are not recommended for laser printers because of the embossed gold seal so there are no templates for this certificate. If I was going to set it up I would just play with a blank word doc until everything lined up the way you want it.
