I’ve had packages in my pantry or refrigerator for possibly up to 6 months and still using them… hope this helps **Q: Is each bag 1.54 lbs or is it total 1.54 lbs?** A: I only ordered one bag and it was 25 oz. so 16 oz. for a pound and 9/16th of a pound: My best guess is that each bag is 1.56 lbs. Also when I bought my cocoa there was a link on the lower part of the page and I went directly to the Rodelle Website. I learned more from that. Any way this is excellent cocoa for baking or whatever you need it for.
