Product probably not dry takes about twenty minutes to half hour

Q: Can you use this on waterproof vinyl planks?

I have never used it on that type of floor. I have used it on my old congoleum kitchen floor.

Q: After you apply this product and it's dry do you go over the dry floor to like buff or shine it?

I tried it in new pvc laminated floor that was really matt and bad feeling walking on it and now is nice and shine and much easier to clean

DIDN'T work as expected

I've gave this product try on my floor tile,multiple times, and it doesn't give glossy shine or fill the scratches. And it's hard to remove it from floor. Not recommended.
