It falls off every time my four year old rides his bike, is there a solution?** A: My experience is with the 14” bike. Having read reviews with the chain falling off or the training wheels loosening, I first loosened the back wheel. I then put a piece of wood between the frame and the back wheel. I used the wood as a lever to make the chain taut, and then tightened the nut as I kept tension on the wood. I then attached the training wheels. We have had this bike over 4 months, I have never had an issue with the chain. **Q: 2 random black knobs, silver washers, two black caps. What do I do with these?** A: 2 random black knobs are the protective cover for transportation purpose. Silver washers may be used on training wheels. and black caps are put on wheel axles.
