Very good, minimally adjustable as only three sandbags can be removed, very useful for increasing difficulty in an exercise

One star is generous. Item arrived super quick and broke just as fast. My hubby put the item on to adjust it and the zip broke off in his hand, we are going to pay the extra and get a better quality vest!
