The clamps for the vinyl coated wire are a little pain to tighten if you don't use a socket on it. Also I think the single pully at the bottom should have a swivel, and the paracord rope attached to the hand grips isn't needed imo. Install took about 20 minutes by myself and the possibilities are endless as long as you think outside of the box. Bicep curls, boat rows, leg extensions, leg curls, lat pulldowns, cable crossovers, hamstring curls, overhead press,underhand pull downs and more. Strudy hammered steel and really quiet though if your using the top pully the back pully will move so if that bothers you it can be a little annoying. Other than that pretty great setup. But this must be attached to a cinderblock or steel wall, because I had half the frame bolted to sheetrock with anchors, and the other half to a stud and it ripped from the wall with only 25 lbs. **Q: How high do you mount the pulley for a 5 ft tall person?** A: It's not really based on the height of the user. The instructions list the height to install it at as it is based on the length of the cables used for the pulleys.
