This Danish group combined a popular swinging sound with a genuine feeling for the blues and early New Orleans jazz. This album is a tribute to trumpet player Finn Otto Hansen, and includes many excellent numbers, including "See See Rider," mistakenly labeled as simply "C.C." The album will appeal to fans of Papa Bue and European traditional jazz.
