I have been using Pompeian olive oil for quite some time and decided to try this mild-tasting olive oil after reading that it might be better for sautéing, especially at higher temperatures in my cast-iron pan. It had a pleasant smell and a light flavor, being of the same high quality that I have always expected from the brand.
