Packing apparently looked decent but I guess the hook is too fragile to withstand the transit movements. I opted to return instead of replacement as I wasn't convinced the hook is strong enough to hold the terrarium and its contents in hanging position without giving up for a long time. Shipping was fast and the terrarium is cute but hook quality is subpar. ### ⭐ too small *by W***N on Reviewed in the United States on August 20, 2016* these appear to be made of sturdy glass however...tbey are too small for my airplants. Also...only one of them had a hook to bang the container.
