I like this abdominal workout machine. It really helps with my abdominal fat. You can do various exercises depending on where you want to burn fat at. I’ve been using the **KESHWELL AB Workout Machine** for a few weeks now, and it has quickly become a staple in my home fitness routine. The setup was straightforward and only took about 15 minutes. The build feels sturdy and stable, even during more intense sessions, which gives me confidence that it will last. What I like most is how it targets multiple areas—abs, arms, legs, and glutes—all in one. Sometimes it gets stuck but I guess it will get better with practice. Also, it is not very quiet but I work out in my garage so it does not really matter. The motion takes a bit of getting used to, especially if you’re not used to ab gliders, but once you find your rhythm, it really engages the core. I’ve already noticed improved muscle tone and less strain on my neck and back compared to traditional sit-ups. My only minor complaint is that the foam pads could be a bit thicker for extra comfort during longer sessions. Still, that’s an easy fix with a small towel or cushion.
