Ideal if you have bad knees and need support for your squats. With a longer velcro tongue they should last longer than the other varieties I have used. Would I use them for my competitions....no, but a great help on lighter training.

So glad I did buy them though as they have really helped, and enabled me to carry on with higher weights etc. The material is really strong and makes you feel supported even when you are squatting heavier amounts, plus it's super easy to use. These knee straps are well made and look like they will last a long time. They have helped me increase my squatting weight significantly while protecting my knees. As others have said, they are slightly too short. But 2m seems to be the standard available. An extra 30cm would be useful, however I can use them easily at their current 2m length.
