I purchased the same color as I did before, dark brown. Something is very very wrong. At first glance I noticed the color of the powder seemed different than my store bought one, but thought maybe mine was just older? Mixed according to the directions ratio and no matter what I kept getting a ball of gel with the powder not dissolving. The color looked like honey, definitely not the dark brown I was used to. Against better judgement, I still tried to put the gel like substance on my eye brow and it would not stay. I then dug out my old one and compared the color of the powder, and despite the new bottle saying “dark brown,” it definitely WAS NOT. Since I was out of my original developer, I then tried to use my original powder with the new developer, this mixed normal, unlike the new powder. Placed it on my brows and let it sit for the required 10 minutes, even though usually I take it off sooner. It did NOTHING. Something is super off about this product, the color is obviously wrong and the developer doesn’t even work. Also I noticed my old powder has a topper on the bottle with little holes for dispensing, however the new one did not? I’m very confused.
