My dog doesn't seem to mind it but the water is gross to look at. It's like it doesn't completely mix in once it's in the bowl. I've read other reviews that say the same thing. I'm going to keep looking around in case others are less this way but his breath is better and his teeth are staying clean since his dental cleaning. If you use the proportions they say, I would probably have to go through one of these every two weeks with as much water as my dog drinks as a 90 lb lab. So I'm not sure I'm going to keep doing it at full strength because I'd Go through so much of it in a month The photo I posted in my review is with a clean bowl freshly washed but with water mixed according to instructions.
