If you're not familiar with bladder sticks as dog chews I'll say dogs love them but they definitely have a smell. These I think are smellier and a little softer (and therefore I think fresher and more pleasing to my dog) than some other brands I've tried, so I prefer this brand.As the reviewer who gave this 1 star noted, bladder sticks do not last as long as bully sticks. They're much softer and chew up in an evening. I could imagine a vigorous chewer like a terrier going through one of these in 20-30 minutes easily, but for a less vigorous chewer they'll occupy them on and off for a couple hours. It should be noted then that these are more for use as a treat and less for a long term chew.
