Our Earth's Secrets Organic Oil Clear Melt and Pour Soap Base is made in the United States with natural ingredients. Ideal for face, hands and body. Certified Organic Oils of Palm and Coconut have been used in our regular clear formulations. Please note these are made with organic oils but are not certified organic soap as a whole. **Q: Is the palm oil sustainably obtained?**
A: From the seller: "The palm oil used in our soap base is sustainably sourced and comes from companies that complies and certified with RSPO. The company that we buy from has been producing for more than four decades (way before the demands for palm oil has become common place like today)."

**Q: Does this have preservatives in it to prevent bacteria/mold/rancid?**
A: I don't believe there are any added preservatives, so no. It is a lye based soap so like the majority of soaps, it is naturally antibacterial and antimicrobial.

**Q: Can goats milk be added successfully to this soap? Can anything be emulsified into this base?**
A: Your GOAT'S MILK soap base MUST be a MELT AND POUR soap base the SAME as this glycerin soap base.  Anything you ADD must also be specifically made for MELT and POUR soap base.  Look up additives on AMAZON for MELT and POUR soap.  You can find fragrances, soap dyes, mica powders or ANYTHING to add to your melt and pour soap!

**Q: Does the soap have any distinct smell?**
A: No smell at all. And if you do add a scent , the scent is pure.
