**Q: Where do you put the batteries?**
A: No batteries are required. It is entirely powered by the child riding it.

**Q: I see that you step down on the pedals to make it move.  The pedals go down, but the horse doesn't move.  Should the pedals catch on something?**
A: In order for the horse to move forward, it is necessary to step down on the pedals and then release your feet. Simply stepping down on the pedals alone will not cause the horse to move.

**Q: Can someone explain how to make it move?  The pedals don't seem to do anything.**
A: Please refer to the instruction manual. It states that if the wheels are in the locked position as indicated in diagram B, no matter what you do, the horse will not move forward.

**Q: Where are the batteries located?**
A: The batteries are located at the bottom and are sealed with Velcro.
