Very easy to put together! I have to say though, the headboard is a little shorter than expected. Idk if I just have a really tall mattress. Also, I thought the color gray was going to be a little bit lighter as I did buy the light gray version. I also noticed that the tufted lines on the headboard are spread out more as the picture looked like there were smaller lines. But, there is a lot of room for underbed storage ! The slats keep breaking underneath us. I wish I would have bought a sturdier bed as this one is very cheap quality. Additionally, the plastic inserts that hold the slats into the bed frame have snapped off making it useless. Save your money and buy a different bed frame.
