Works much better than the 18Kwh model I had previously. Nebraska water is so cold that the 18 barely would heat at 2gpm. This model I can run about 2.8 GPM between 2 faucets before the safety feature turns off the coils so they don't burn themselves out. Comes with 3/4" Pex inlet and outlet. However, you may need to reduce to 1/2" before getting to the water heater to help reduce flow through thr coils to get the hot water needed for multiple faucets.
