It tastes good maybe bit too sweet. I add the powder to my daily coffee. It doesn’t work like a creamer, it actually darkens the coffee. Beware! I mix the collagen protein with either my matcha or breakfast shakes and it goes so perfect! If you’re a coffee lover, froth the powder in with your favorite sweet creamer and pour it on in! My postpartum edges are full again at 8 months pp (they fell out at 4 months pp), my nails are super strong and won’t stop growing. I can’t wait to see what results look like in 3 months. I am super impressed. The flavors are all great, and personally I believe they only work out when mixed with a milk based product (any type of milk will do).
