His cost about $20 though (the other popular one here no desertcart) and I'm glad I got this one for cheaper! The head has a good weight and it easily elicits reflexes (tested on myself). The other end is pointed and can be screwed off to reveal a brush inside for light touch sensation. I would definitely recommend this! I just got it so I haven't used it on patients yet but I can't imagine it breaking down for any reason.
