Very cute for the price. My only complaint would be that setting it up isnt made very clear. It states sets up like real one. It does have to have the bottom up in the fold up position but instead of just pulling up on the sides to make lock you need to hold the side up and turn the middle section to make lock. You are actually just turning it to make lock. Once you do it you will see its very simple. It has a very sturdy frame and high quality fabric bed. I have to admit, if I hadn't read the customer comment on how to lock the sides I would have been confused as it came with no instructions. Where the sides lock on a regular pack'nplay, you have to rotate the locks 180° to get them to lock.
