My only complaint is that this chair is made for "big and tall" people and the lowest setting on the chair still has my feet *just* touching the ground. It's more comfortable using a footrest. So it's not 100% perfect for larger people who are not really tall, but I really like the chair anyway.We did have an assembly hiccup, there is a large "L" shaped bar of metal (too thick to bend yourself) that attaches the back of the chair to the seat, and in our first chair ours was warped and could not be assembled, but it was fine in the replacement chair that was sent. Overall the assembly was easy.
