The holes on the sides make it easy to stick your arms through when laying on your belly, and the breast pouch makes laying on your belly much more comfortable for us women. The face rest is another amazing feature! It has pillowed edges making it comfortable to rest your face on without straining your neck. Then when laying on your back, you can flip the pillow back up and rest your head! The chair also features a carry strap making carrying this chair around so effortless. This chair is a game changer! Face hole is super comfy and arm holes are large enough! Chest pad is very helpful for larger chested women! Isn’t the sturdiest chair so be careful getting on and off. Can be slightly confusing to fold up but once you know how to do it it’s easy.
