I have 13” square tiles so these tiles would be applied over grout lines.** A: In my humble opinion, I would say no unless you used additional adhesive such as liquid nail or something that would build the grout lines to the same level as the tile. If you have any gaps that the tile will not stick to; it will come up. **Q: Is it shiny/good quality? can someone please post a pic?** A: Not sure if this answers your questions but I think their beautiful and great quality. **Q: Will these stick on cement/ rough surface?** A: This is a great question!
