It’s a dye. **Q: Will this work on mesh?** A: If it’s not too dirty it will. If it’s really bad it won’t be back to it’s original color, but will look better than before. **Q: Does this work on cloth?** A: For the most part. Depends how dirty they are. I cleaned some white Vans (canvas). Weren’t as white when they were new, but an improvement.
