I four hernias in my right side. So I have to try to wear some support, especially when I’m doing things. This one is very easy to put on and I don’t have to have help from my husband. I get very good support and it has a sponge on the inside which is soft and I can put it on my main hernia which helps support it the most. It gives it the comfort it needs because it is the biggest and most painful one I have. It is well worth every penny of it as far as its value. The Velcro has lasted very good and wholes tightly. While wearing it’s very comfortable and I even sleep in it some nights. It’s very durable and looks like the day I bought it. I’ve had it probably about six months. It’s true to size if you measure yourself, just go by the side that size. In fact there were 3 others I ordered at the same I ordered this one and they all did not seem to work out. Even though the advertisement showed as if they were so good. When I received them they did not have the Velcro sticking power, or I needed someone else to help. To me those are the two most important things plus comfort. If I ever have to get another one this will be it. In fact, I may order one just in case so I will know I will for sure have one.
