**Q: Will these help my feet not hurt when i work on concrete? I do every day and my feet kill me every night**
A: I also stand on concrete and pavement all day. I put three stacks of phone books under the foot of my mattress so my feet stay elevated when I sleep. After the first week of this my feet and calves felt much better. Sounds silly but it really helped me.

**Q: is the shoe inner cushioned**
A: It comes with the standard NB cushioning.  Which is very comfortable.  I use it for two applications:  work and as a sports official.  NB also makes a steel toe model of this shoe.

**Q: Do they make these for women? I stand on concrete all day and need a pair for that**
A: Yes.  MID stands for Men's Industrial shoes, the women's version are the WID626 (version 2).  They are made in black and also in white. Larry from A Perfect Dealer.

**Q: Does new balance make a black non slip work shoe?**
A: The item that you are looking at is just that.  The 626 is a non-slip black work shoe from New Balance.  The MX857AB2 is another great option from New balance
