I load with ice and water the night before put in the fridge the mext day I'm outside in the heat and my 3 Ezisoul bottles have icy cold water inside all day. I have 4 total. However, the 4th one I put fresh carrot juice in one day and the smell never comes out. So now I use the 4th one for juices and the other 3 for water only. So I suggest that you use it for water only and buy an extra one to use for other beverages as the smell of anything but water gets trapped in the bottle top. I put their fresh cold filtered water in the morning, and all day the water is still cold during school. Perfect! I prefer our kid to bring own water than to use the drinking fountain. My kids picked it off and lost it (obviously, a dumb thing to do). I emailed Ezisoul to ask if I could buy replacement rings - for which I would happily pay $5 each - and they said I couldn't, although they did give me a 20% off coupon code.
