They help remove stains (I pretreat with a spray) and brighten up dingy whites. They’re color safe, but I only use them on whites or light colors. I like them for our sons’ sports uniforms, our bedsheets, my husband’s dress shirts and all of our underwear and undershirts. They don’t seem to have a fragrance, and I’ve never had one fail to dissolve. They also don’t irritate my daughter, who is sensitive to some detergents and all fabric softeners.
