I’m impressed how potent this pill is. I’m on my second day, I already had the 2nd visit to the bathroom. Never happened before with probiotic supplement. I continue to monitor my body and see if anything changes on my feminine part of it as I am near 50. But over all I’m already very happy with the product and definitely recommend.
