It spread on my finger like toothpaste and my cat loved it. The picture on the tube is of the original gel. What I got was the new stuff that is like cement. It is dry thick and doesn't have the consistency of the original product and my cat hates it. It comes out in dry chunks and my cat can't lick it. It's so thick it just falls to the floor. It's awful.
