Review: Pilates At Home - To supplement my Pilates practice, I ordered this springboard. It is the same one that is used in Club Pilates, without the ballet barre. So everything that I have learned in class, I can do at home. It is well-made, and it comes in one piece. All you need to do is mount it to the studs in the wall (or have someone do it for you). It comes with a dowel, two sets of springs, and a bar to mount at the base. Very sturdy, and should last for years to come. Delivery was quick.
Review: Solid piece of equipment and can be used with YouTube classes - Fits in nicely to our garage gym. Love that it's just on the wall and doesn't take up space so we still have floor room for other types of exercises. It's very sturdy and well made. Tho my husbands comment was "I could have made that with some plywood for less than 100 dollars" But it is beautifully made and it's quick to put together and put up. In terms of content, there are free YouTube classes by Bennie Barre Pilates Studio. They are pretty short, but if you subscribe to her Patreon page, you get 30+ full length classes. It really helps you make the best use of the springboard.

I absolutely love working out on my springboard!! It is the first exercise program I can't wait to do each day. I am taking pilates in the studio and this provides me a cheaper option than a reformer to continue with my practice on the days I am not in the studio. Since each limb has it's own spring, I feel like my weaker side is working harder which I love! I did have to buy easier springs but I don't mind. Best money I have ever spent on exercise equipment. Wish I had known about it a lot sooner.
