The media could not be loaded.  I honestly can't find anything wrong with this insulated bottle. It's all stainless steel, and the only part that is not steel is the silicone seal to keep the fluids in tight and keep them from leaking. The seal does remove for washing.As an insulated bottle, quite impressed. My coffee stayed hot for a couple hours, my cold drinks stayed cold for a very long time, even out in the warm weather we've been having. No handle/holder is needed, as the outside of the bottle does not get too hot or too cold.The cap/cover is all stainless steel as well, which is nice since many manufacturers choose plastic there. It does also offer a handle with a carabiner hook so you can attach it to your backpack, belt, etc. And with the insulated bottle being all stainless steel, you don't have to worry about breaking, denting, etc.I can see a lot of uses for it including keeping your drinks cool in the summer, tea hot in the winter, keeping your soup hot for those long cold days, etc.I had no issues washing mine with soap water and rinsing like I do my other water bottles. Although all stainless steel, it is not recommended that you use this for cooking or freezing, best used when pouring your liquid in and using that way.They do include a couple silicone ice cube trays along with suggestions on what you can use them for.Although a free sample was provided in exchange for an honest review, I too am a consumer who depends on customer reviews for my buying purchases, so my opinion on a product does not change just because I received an item for free.

It keeps my water cold and it looks amazing. I love how the top is also stainless steel as most stainless steel water bottles usually have plastic tops. This is definitely a game changer. I also like how the top comes with a little handle as well as a clip for convenience. I bought thia for my stepson who lives in Guatemala and is very into hiking and camping and sports in general. He loves it. We went on a daytrip yeaterday and the ice he put in the bottle in the morning was still there hours later. Before, he only had a platic bottle, so he's very happy to one that will last and I'm happy to help him create leas waste. I only put four stars as I can't speak to it's longevity.

Great bottle, loving it. Keeps fluids cool all day. I like the design. Very responsive company. My only issue is that the volume is a little to small to last me all day. It's now my wife's for that reason. I don't care that it doesn't have a spout, less worries with cleaning.

The product works very well. I filled it up with cold water and two ice cubes. I took it with me during a round of golf on a 90-degree day. During the course of the day, the water stayed ice cold. The U-shaped hook on the cap, unfortunately, came off. I contacted the seller and received a prompt response from her. She was quite apologetic and sent me a replacement bottle immediately. The company's customer service is first rate; I highly recommend them.

I love this product. I'm not an easy one to please with product and I"m picky about what I buy. So this product has pleased me greatly. I have newly relocated to a wet and gray climate from the sunny desert and find that I need a warm drink with me everywhere I go. This product makes that easy to do. Thank you!

Just came back from a trip to Northern California. The bottle served us well. We took it empty past TSA and filled it with coffee afterward. The coffee was hot and tasted great for the flight and a couple of hours in our rental car. We highly recommend this for travelers!

Good price. Does its job. The only thing is, the steel is light so not sure if its good quality steel from china
