A: Fits a 1996 Dodge 1500 just fine with trimming which is nice

A: Inside its the rubber seal to keep out water etc..

A: It is a pretty universal type of door seal and I would give you a 90% chance it will work.

We bought this to replace the seal on the shell for our pickup truck that was failing miserably. I was worried that it might not be easy to install or not fit properly or stay all. It adapted perfectly to the metal edge and was easy to install. I just used a rubber mallet to tap it on to the metal edge of the door. It seated securely without too much effort and fit perfectly. We'll see how it lasts, but it appears to be well attached and makes a great seal, due to the nice spongy cross section. Super happy. Would buy it again, although it came with enough material to do two doors on a shell sized for a Toyota Tacoma.
