I was skeptical about buying it but the reviews convinced me to give it a try; after all returns are free. I'm so glad I did. The hair is soft, light weight and non irritating to my skin. The curls are tight and the color is just as pictured. Installing individual braids was easy and fast. I only used 3 1/2 packs for my whole head. The loop is a little tricky to get your finger through to crochet but I worked it out and moved through the install quickly. And as a bonus the extras that were included are a bonus. I will order from this seller again!
